A mechanical ReCyclone\u00ae (<strong>ReCyclone\u00ae MH<\/strong>) is made up of a high efficiency<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>Hurricane<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>and a particle separator, placed downstream, called the \u201cmechanical recirculator\u201d (please see figure).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>In 2016, ACS introduced more compact recirculators that can be placed on top of cyclones, exempting the need of additional footprint.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_4 et_pb_row et_flex_row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_5 et_pb_column et-last-child et_flex_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough et_flex_column_24_24 et_flex_column_24_24_phone et_flex_column_24_24_phoneWide et_flex_column_24_24_tabletWide et_flex_column_24_24_ultraWide\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_2 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>The main purpose of the recirculators is to reintroduce the uncaptured particles into the cyclones after they have been driven to the outer walls of the recirculators by centrifugal forces. While this gas is enriched in particles, the axial gas stream exhaust to the stack is clean of particles. Recirculation is achieved through an additional fan.<br \/>Since the recirculation system only serves the purpose of dust separation (and not collection), the particles are exclusively collected in the cyclones and the need of rapping mechanisms is avoided. Systems are arranged in groups of cyclones and recirculators.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Efficiency increase\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>Efficiency increases due to recirculation and agglomeration of very small particles with larger ones coming directly from the process. A<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>ReCyclone\u00ae MH<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>decreases emissions of Hurricane cyclones alone by 30 to 60%. Finally recirculation control has the benefit of<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>handling variable process flow rates<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>very well.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><span><span style=\"color: #006892;\">A ReCyclone\u00ae MH is the most efficient purely mechanical collector in the market, as it further enhances efficiency of any given cyclone
